The journey
Growing up, I was always in some kind of sport and enjoyed learning how to improve myself and my performance. Over the many years of learning, and help from my coach I learned the knowledge, and best techniques to maximize results. With the help of a professional, I saw incredible changes to my body composition. I followed their instructions and got the results I wanted. There was no guessing, no yo-yo dieting (going back and forth with weight loss/weight gain) and no mixed emotions.
For so many years, I struggled with ‘information overload’ about different diets and workouts. I would bounce from one trend to another. How did I not recognize I needed help and reach out earlier?

After receiving my diploma in Business Management from the Okanagan College in Kelowna, BC I competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions, getting 1st place in provincials, and 2nd place in nationals. This passion pushed me to educate myself about the human body, nutrition, and the psychology of weight loss. I have achieved multiple certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, Transformation Specialist, Glute Specialist, Online Personal Training, and have spent years learning what works and what doesn’t, so you don’t have to!
