How it works
Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, equipment availability, and experience. I will design your workout program and describe in detail how to perform the exercises safely and effectively.
Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goals. Phases change every two weeks to keep your training engaging, and continuous progressive overload (gradually increase the weight, frequency, or number of repetitions).
