Hi, I’m Kyle – Transformation Specialist, Nutritionist, Glute Specialist, Online and In-Person Personal Trainer. I am constantly learning new skills to help further my clients’ success. There is a very specific plan to get you to your goal; you just have to commit to the process and trust in me to help you along the way.

With a successful background in competing under some of the best mentors in the country, I practice what I preach and take pride in imposing my will onto my clients to live a healthier, happier life. Whatever your situation is… I have helped so many people, just like you, achieve their health and fitness goals.

Premium Online Coaching

1-on-1 Coaching Includes:

Initial On-Boarding Process & Phone Consultation. After signing up, you will receive an on-boarding email to begin the coaching process. Once you have completed all tasks outlined in the email, we’ll set up our initial phone call to get started!

Weekly detailed check-ins. You will submit a detailed check-in form every week. After submission, I will review your form and make necessary adjustments and suggestions for the following week to help you stay on track and ensure progress is being made!

Daily Support & Accountability. You will have access to me via email for any questions/concerns you have throughout the week.

Access to Accountability Tracking System. I will set up a personal tracking system for you where I’ll hold you accountable for anything we discuss based on your goals.

Nutrition Program. Your program will be designed specifically for your nutritional needs. This plan will include a macronutrient, and calorie breakdown, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body and when. Learn the tools to create healthier nutrition and lifestyle habits – for life!

Exercise Program. Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, equipment availability, and experience. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goals. Phases change biweekly or monthly to keep your training fun and engaging!

If your medical professional has cleared you for exercise then working with a personal coach can be highly beneficial for preventing or managing many common chronic conditions and injuries. I will then build your exercise routine to meet your specific needs.

My programs are designed to fit into your schedule — not the other way around. I will design workouts based on what’s realistic for you and can make changes during the week to accommodate your busy life.

Great form is essential and I build personalized workout programs including lengthy description to ensure that clients practice the best possible form. I have put a lot of thought into how I build your programs such that they are learnable for a given experience level via written form. I may ask you to take videos of yourself and send them in for the more difficult moves to ensure you are performing them correctly. If you have any questions, you can also contact me and I will get back to you.

No. There are no hidden fees or charges. There is a minimum 3-month commitment for all premium online coaching clients.
The only thing you will be charged is your monthly fee and you can cancel at any time after your 3-month commitment for premium online coaching.

Unlike conventional trainers that charge per session, I provide unlimited workouts, meal planning and Q&A for a flat, affordable monthly fee. I want you to progress as quickly as possible!
